Extensive
experience in developing and implementing cross-functional process change
including: Objectives and requirements for process identification and change, as-is
process evaluation, to-be process design, stakeholder impacts, detailed cross-functional
process charts including drill-down/up from context through process steps
including “swim lanes” by responsibility and hand-off points, functional
workflow mapping, technology integration points, decision tools for process
streamlining, service and operating agreements, exception handling, training, performance
scorecards, and executive / sponsor communication.
